The Polaris RZR XP 900 INTAKE is assembled with a K&N Air Filter, UNI Foam wrap, Outerwear, Plenum Chamber and Hardware. It can be used on any stock XP900 and also works great on modified engines. The installation is easy and replaces the stock air box and filter to eliminate engine contaminants like dirt and sand.

“At KMS Performance, we have seen countless XP900s pull sand thru the engine using many different intake configurations. I have also dyno tuned many competitors intakes only to find out that they are making either stock hp or less than stock hp (despite claims) and furthermore, some have made the sand sucking problem worse. We needed a sure-fire way to stop engine damage and provide the very highest power solution possible for the XP900 intake system. After days of dyno testing, and over 300 dyno runs, we were able to tune primary velocity stacks, optimize plenum volume and tune secondary stack lengths for the very highest hp possible. Here’s some food for thought: there was 4hp hidden in the velocity stack length alone. Why other intake makers are using stock lengths seems like someone forgot to do their homework! To finish it off, we attached an air filter setup that has protected engines in Desert racing and Duners for over 10 yrs.
